Use of factor analysis for multidimensional evaluation of quality of city transport systems on the example of medium-sized cities in Poland

Summary/Abstract: Despite increasingly frequent examples of national and international research regulations concerning the city logistics, there are not comprehensive studies on interactions between effective and efficient system of urban logistics and the living condition and quality of life. The paper examines the relationship between the expected and perceived quality of municipal transport services. Several methods and factor analyses were used. Three medium-sized cities were chosen for the research of the quality of transport services: Gorzów Wielkopolski, Zieloną Góra oraz Jelenią Góra.
