Efficiency analysis of state aid granted by local government to foreign investors located in Wałbrzych SEZ “INVEST-PARK”

Summary/Abstract: The hereby article discusses selected issues referring to state aid efficiency granted to foreign investors. Firstly, potential advantages of such aid are illustrated. The selected tools and methods for state aid efficiency analyzing and its influence on foreign investors are presented. Next the study offers possibilities for cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) application in the assessment of the granted state aid efficiency based on the example of chosen foreign entities situated in the area of Świdnica subzone as part of “INVEST-PARK” Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone.
