Summary/Abstract: In the current paper we are focusing on syntagms of type colouradjective+colour adjective, which we consider a case of ‘limiting’ quantification. We restricted our study to adjectives denoting the colours of white light. We studied the combination colouradjective+colour adjective from the perspective of blocking and of its adjectival or nominal role.
