Summary/Abstract: Provocările digitalizării justiției din perspectiva Regulamentului (UE) 2020/1783 al Parlamentului European și al Consiliului din 25 noiembrie 2020 privind cooperarea între instanțele statelor membre în domeniul obținerii de probe în materie civilă sau comercială/ The challenges of the digitalisation of justice in the light of Regulation (EU) 2020/1783 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2020 on cooperation between the courts of the Member States in the taking of evidence in civil or comercial matters. The article approaches the challenges faced by justice in the digital age, as well as the steps the European Union has taken in this regard in the field of taking evidence to better structure procedures and automate and accelerate the management of cross-border cases and, in general, to ensure the efficiency and resilience of justice systems
