Summary/Abstract: When schools and families work together as partners, the beneficiaries are the students. The collaboration between the school and the family assumes not only a mutual information on everything related to the child's orientation, but also the arming of the parents with all the problems that this action entails. Regarding the school-family relationship, openings are offered to parents regarding the school, psycho-pedagogical aspects, in addition to the medical and legal aspects. A good collaboration between family and school can be achieved through partnerships. Partnerships between schools and families can help teachers in their work, improve students' school skills, improve curricula and school climate, improve parents' educational skills, develop parents' leadership skills, connect families with school and community members, and create a safer environment in schools. The main reason for creating such partnerships is the desire to help students succeed in school and later in life. Partnerships must be seen as an essential component in the organization of the school and the class of students.
