Summary/Abstract: Combating fraud and corruption in the area of public funds in the United States of America has a specific feature that makes this model an original one. Some law enforcement bodies have no correspondent in our system, and this model has always required reforms, changes to make the mission of these institutions more effective. The continuous improvement of the mechanisms to fight against crime through legislative and organizational solutions is a guarantee that the judicial bodies are not taken by surprise by new criminal phenomena. The paper briefly describes the way of organizing the judicial institutions in the United States of America in terms of the fight against corruption and fraud on public funds starting from some law enforcement bodies which are not well-known.
