Summary/Abstract: In 2021, the Writers' Association–Varna, celebrates its 30th anniversary. This is the country's first independent civil society of writers, established after 1989. A representative printed edition of the Association is the newspaper KIL ("Culture, Art, Literature"). The association and the newspaper have their established place in the cultural and educational development of the city of Varna and the region.
