Summary/Abstract: The publication presents an example of building cooperation based on European mobility programmes. The aim of the research is to promote and protect Varna's cultural heritage using a rather non-obvious example of a post-industrial area characterized by architecture typical of the Bauhaus style. The publication shows how to improve the promotion process and further design work using BIM software with the support of the point cloud.
