Summary/Abstract: The General administrative procedure Act specified that the legal provisions, which due to the specific character of administrative matters in certain administrative domains provide for the necessary exceptions to the rules of the general administrative procedure, shall comply with the basic principles specified in General administrative procedure Act. Today, in the positive law of Republica Srpska, there are numerous special administrative procedures that deviate significantly from the basic principles established by the General Administrative procedure act. These deviations can not be justified by the specifics of the nature of the resolution in certain administrative areas and they are also significantly reflected in the legal position of the party. This paper attempts to show what is the reflection of these deviations on the legal position of the party through an analysis of еfficiency of the appeal in special administrative procedures.
