Summary/Abstract: The Presented Article Discusses the Issues of Stories Coming from a Modern Man. The article shows that the effort of telling about oneself and one’s life brings relief, carrying out organizing a biographical timeline of an event. Therefore, a narrative story brings a therapeutic element into a man’s life, becoming a reason to give sense and meaning to the events recorded in an individual biography. In the therapeutic article, the stories are shown in relation to the words of the authors and the scientific evidence and reflections of the author of the text.
