Summary/Abstract: Co-teaching is an opportunity for two or more teachers to provide instruction to a blended group of students in the same setting. Appropriate use of co-teaching captures the expertise of both professionals and results in unique instructional opportunities for all students. This approach is particularly suitable for the education of children with special needs in inclusive environments.
