Economic problems of energy use in public service buildings

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the causes of enlarging energy efficiency in public service buildings and the opinion of economic aspects of solution of this problem. In the first part there are introduced the law amendments which force self-governments to undertake the workings in order to improve energy efficiency of public service buildings. In the second part the scale of undertakings and their costs are estimated and in the third part source funding is presented.
