Summary/Abstract: This publication presents the process in the work of the social worker with an individual client, as well as the tasks and activities of helping specialists in their order and sequence. It considers some practical models of the phases and steps in the process of individual case work, presented and described by a number of authors, and representing the professional literature on social work in Bulgaria and worldwide.
