Characteristics and Role of Communication in Enterprises in Modern Economy

Summary/Abstract: Considering the fact, that employees in enterprises represent thinking capital, their routing or, as it is usually said, managing employees represent significant factor of enterprise's success. This paper appoints significance of good communication between employees in both directions, with superior and with ancillary employees. In traditional enterprises is inherent traditional way of communication. This traditional way of communication implies that employees at higher positions in enterprise, beside concrete tasks, its ancillary employees give detailed instructions and directions for realizing given tasks. Likewise, ancillary employees have to inform their superior about flow and results of tasks realization. However, practice has demonstrated that this way of communication does not assure wanted results, so in order to make results better the way of communication has to be changed. Modern way of communication implies that, beside informing about flow and results of tasks realization, ancillary employees give the information to their superior that represent basis for making good decisions, and on the other hand, superiors give instructions to ancillaries, with purpose of successful decisions' realization, but also accept their propositions and suggestions. Good communication with adequate motivation, provides making good decisions and its' successful realization.
