Summary/Abstract: Starting from the pre-requisite that mysticism and science are but two ways of seeking answers to the same questions and generally tumble over the same limitation: the understanding capacity and comprehesiveness of the human brain, it is quite easy to prove that many of the modern scientific theories are but reiterations of outlooks and concepts proposed long before by various mystics, particularly the Jewish ones. From the fourth dimension to the uncertainty principle of quantum physics, from the "common geography" of time and space to the big bang theory, from the energy distribution to the chaos theory, from the fractal nature of reality to the string theory, not to mention astrology and alchemy, the scientific theories sound at least as metaphysical as the mystical ones that have preceded them.
