Summary/Abstract: In the current period, more than 30 months after the beginning of deep economic and financial crisis – mainly experienced by private business, I think that moment of truth came, to find concrete ways of reinvigorating the private sector. This comparative study presents the evolution of unemployment and staff in Romanian market economy, in the context of profound changes in exchange rates and purchasing power of the population, which resulted in profound changes in company management. Considering the current situation at the end of this study we are bringing along suggestions for some real changes in the management applied within the firm, aiming out of economic crisis - financial.
