Summary/Abstract: The phenomenon of adolescent aggressiveness at school has seen a significant rise in the last decade. This paper aims at outlining a clearer picture of the phenomenon of aggressiveness in the school environment to identify training aggressive behaviors, but also the involvement and empowerment of all participants in education. General hypothesis of our approach is that the level of aggression of adolescents is influenced by biological gender, level of education and their area of residence. The research sample consists of 261 subjects: 131 girls and 130 boys, students / teenagers in Iasi and Botosani aged 13 to 18 years. To measure levels of adolescent aggressivness we used The Zuckerman - Kuhlman Personality Questionnaire. We propose an intervention project aiming mainly to start certain activities designed to defuse relations between students and teachers, involving both sides in various sports or artistic projects.
