Summary/Abstract: The purpose of research is to identify the trend of abandoning the professional responsibilities and analyze links between persistence motivational reactions to the obstacles and organizational issues impacting on employee satisfaction. Thus we achieve a 44 factorial analysis to define organizational values negative impact on organizational size and persistence motivational reactions to the obstacle. These influences provide building a predictive model of organizational quitting. The tools mentioned above are applied to a sample of 100 employees. On a pragmatic level, this paper provides a model to assess the trend of abandonment manifested in the organizational environment.
