Summary/Abstract: The author of this paper deals with the issues of validity and acceptability of evidence presented by the judicial authorities abroad for the purpose of the domestic criminal procedure. In terms of the content of the regulations governing the process, points out to specific legal situations and possible problems, ways of their solving and proceedings of the court in such cases.
