Summary/Abstract: Our study comes in addition to the previous one, highlighting and analyzing, within the current Romanian television discourse of interview type, the main types of ethos: the discursive ethos and the preliminary ethos. The analysis is performed on two television shows: The Professionals, on TVR1, moderated by Eugenia Vodă (interviews with Monica Macovei, Dem Rădulescu, Andrei Pleșu, Bartolomeu Anania, Neagu Djuvara); Cooltura, a show made by Mirela Nagâț and broadcast every Saturday, from 16:30, on TVR1, TVR 1 HD (interview with Horia Roman-Patapievici).
