Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to give a critic view of specific regulations of the University of Banja Luka, which contains parts on student assessment and evaluation of their knowledge. Also, the goal of this paper is to encourage action for different interpretation/modification of these unfair provisions. These provisions, although only a fraction of the typhoon that was brought by the application of the so called Bologna declaration on the University, is a retrograde force which scatters the light that needs to be interwoven into the estimation of the amount of student’s knowledge. Faculty of Law and students who study law there, felt and still feel the massacre of the knowledgehungry spirit, due to bureaucratic obstacles imposed by university rules.
