STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND STRATEGIES MECHANISM OF OVERSEAS WAREHOUSES OF CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE IN CHINA

Summary/Abstract: At present, China's cross-border e-commerce rapid development, as one of the important core links of cross-border e-commerce cross-border logistics demand is also rapidly increasing. In cross-border e-commerce logistics, the operation of overseas warehouses has become a very important link. Cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouses have reduced transportation costs and local consumer waiting times due to their centralized transportation, reducing the rate of damage caused by commodity turnover and enhancing the shopping experience for overseas consumers. By analyzing the current development of China's cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouse operations, talent, regulatory policies, goods inventory and other issues, put forward the corresponding response strategies: scientific selection, centralized sales resources, improve information management and intelligent management system, avoid inventory slow sales, the establishment of virtual overseas warehouses, improve laws and regulations, risk avoidance, multi-party cooperation, build alliances, resource sharing, to promote the further development of China's cross-border logistics.
