Summary/Abstract: The rapid development of science, technology and digitization, the modern way of life of children, young people and adults affect health. Child health is the topic that attracts the most attention of parents. In order to preserve the child's health, it is important that the parents provide the necessary conditions for the child to grow up into a healthy person. Bearing in mind modern living conditions, children are more and more familiar with technology - social networks, and spend less and less time with their parents. Nutrition, air and activities are the starting point of health. Given that the child has a constant need to be active, "monitoring" and guidance is important. To that end, it is important that parents encourage them to spend as much time as possible playing in the fresh air. At the same time, love for sports and creative activities should be developed. In all of this, the role of parents is complex and very complex. Their responsibility is focused on: preserving the health and safety of children, improving their psycho-physical development, encouraging social skills, monitoring and supporting intellectual development.
