Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to prove, on one hand, that the introduction of cinema in the FLE classes represents a very appreciated learning tool by students and within the reach of any teacher and has many benefits in the learning process and on the other hand, that learning French through film has a formative role. In order to do this, I have compiled a corpus of French films that focus on French language, culture, society, history and literature. To sum up, teaching French with an audiovisual support is a challenge for the future, modern and interactive foreign language classes, that brings, first and foremost, a different student-teacher approach.
