Summary/Abstract: Using language in various circumstances and in various ways helps people to interact with each other and have normal lives. However, there are cases in which the language can undergo certain changes, which can be affected because of a stroke, traumatic brain injury or even a tumour. Recovery in aphasia is a complex long-term and sometimes very demanding action for the patient. The interest for this issue is based, on the one hand, on the importance of studying the action of lesions of the cortical centres involved in the elaboration of written or spoken language, on the other hand about the interaction of speech with other cognitive processes, the interest is due to its social and practical significance in connection with the restoration of full or partial life in such patients. The article is a medical-psycho-pedagogical study on the peculiarities of motor aphasia. A complex psycho-pedagogical program concerning the reduction of language disorders in this pathology is elaborated. The effectiveness of this program is confirmed.
