STRESS OCCURRING IN SERVER ROOM EMPLOYEES. OLD THREATS IN THE AREA OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES

Summary/Abstract: Server rooms are becoming a permanent, important element of a modern knowledge-based economy. The constant pressure to introduce modern it solutions and the rapid increase in the number of server rooms is conducive to the formation of stress factors or stressors present in the work of server room employees. Knowing the it base allows you to understand the importance of reducing stress among server room employees. Known stress factors can affect the quality of the server room. The aim of the Article is to characterize stress-determining stressors in the server room employees. The Article presents and describes in detail the most important stressors of server room employees, including physical factors affecting the occurrence of stress in server room employees. In conclusion, it was stated that overcoming stress is mainly associated with its cognition. The main problem of researchers was formulated: How stress in employees affects the functioning of the server room, which is one of the most important objects of the modern digital economy. For the purposes of research, the method of analysis of literature, legal acts and the synthesis method were used. The authors’ knowledge of this issue has also been taken into account.
