Summary/Abstract: Young people learn about emotions and how they can be managed correctly in the context of social interactions. Their experiences in relationships with others help them learn about the rules of expressing emotions, about their recognition, about emotional regulation. To deal with emotional stress, we need to develop our emotional skills. Today's modern life has created emotional challenges that are increasingly difficult to manage. Educating emotional intelligence is the key to effective parenting - a condition for the harmonious development of children and maintaining mental health.
