Summary/Abstract: The management of the education process requires planning and detailing the education content according to the children's abilities and the resulting opportunities for an individual approach by teachers. The mechanism in which sustainable development and the construction of a communication environment without isolation are made possible is sought.. These are the contemporary approaches in the field of education, which are embedded in the normative and strategic documents and are aimed at overcoming the negative impact of the formalism in education. Attaining this goal can contribute to making the learning environment more inclusive for the students and gradually implement in full the philosophy of inclusion.
