Summary/Abstract: The article is an attempt to outline the frames of the need for an educational switch evoked by global technological and social changes in the post-pandemic reality. A compact cross-section review of experts' opinions has been presented to formulate a solid social and scientific basis for practical educational implementations. Cross-generational collaboration that embraces young adults' social competences improvement has been indicated as support for the older generation's socially responsible and inclusive work. It has been demonstrated through an abridged research outcomes analysis.
