Summary/Abstract: The article presents the second part of the results of the pilot study conducted as partof the research project ‘Adult learning in a hybrid work model’. It concerns the assessment of thereliability of a research tool in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire thus developed willbe used to conduct the main study, which will provide new knowledge about the educational aspects of hybrid work. The research will expand and update scientific knowledge, mainly in theareas of work pedagogy, andragogy and social pedagogy. The study represents a new framingof the problem, as the educational significance of work is explained on the example of its hybridmodel and not, as in previous research, on the example of the stationary model, which only incorporates modern communication technologies.
