Summary/Abstract: Social entrepreneurship at its core is a process by which individuals "build or transform institutions" to find solutions to social problems, involving both long-term commitment and ongoing failure. Economic development is the top priority for any country, with entrepreneurship being an important skill, a result of a mixture of many qualities and traits, including imagination, willingness to take risks, the ability to bring together, capital, labor, land, as well as and the intangible factors as well as the ability to mobilize scientific and technological advances.
