Summary/Abstract: The linguistic and psychological characteristics of foreign language of the future officers will be discussed in this article. The author highlights that an analysis of English-speaking and French-speaking material allows to establish psychological characteristics of generation and reproduction of presentation foreign speech of future officers who are given the opportunity to develop their corresponding skills.
