Ordinary townspeople were buried in the necropolis at the end of the 6th—8th centuries. Children, as well as adults, were buried in graves with slab-lined sides and covered with several slabs on top. In some graves, crosses are cut on the slabs. Many of the children’s burials contain clothing accessories and jewelry worn during life.
