Practical application of the assessment of functional ability to work – standards for determining ICF qualifiers

Summary/Abstract: Assessment of the ability to perform work is a very important element in the aspect of returning to professional life of a person after an illness or accident or a person with a disability. The article presents the most important information on the developed tools for the assessment of func- tional ability to work and qualification standards that enable, among others, determination of ICF qualifiers on the basis of tests. The developed standards are made available at no additional charge and allow for the wide use of these tools due to the low cost of their implementation.
