The Sports and Technical Preparedness of Schoolgirls From 6. Class Depending on the Applied Model for Initial Volleyball Training

Summary/Abstract: In this development we have focused on primary volleyball training at school and in particular the technical training of students of 6. class. A study was conducted on two groups of schoolgirls using a test battery including the main elements of the volleyball game that are being studied in this class. One group, which we have conditionally named a control group, is working on the standard methodology for school training, and the other experimental group is trained according to an author's model for initial volleyball training presented by us.
