Physical capacity as a function of an applied model for initial volleyball training of students from the 6th grade

Summary/Abstract: In our study, we have compared the physical capacity of students from 6th grade who have worked on an experimental model for initial training in volleyball with students who have worked on the standard methodology. We conducted a study of the physical qualities of students at the beginning and end of the school year, comparing the growth rate in both groups.
