Summary/Abstract: In the USA the internal resources are used for the development of society and oppor-tunities are created to reveal the potential of female population of the country. This is con-sidered to be the source of the progress. The presidential election campaign in 2008 once again confirms it. The campaign attracted interest not only in the West but also in Russia. The real woman-candidate for presidential election during many months waged an active election campaign and demonstrated an opportunity of election of a woman-president
