Summary/Abstract: Digital transformation and COVID-19 pandemic brought many changes in the business world, thus affecting learning and development (L&D) processes and activities. L&D activities are carried out within a company to ensure an environment in which employees and the company will develop, improve and grow. The aim of this paper is to examine which L&D tools and solutions can be used in the post-pandemic workplace environment. The tools and solutions presented in the paper can be a guideline for the responsible managers in terms of the available software, as well as their advantages and disadvantages.
