Summary/Abstract: '(Not) Forgetting Jean Baudrillard!' approaches the positioning of the verb 'to forget' in a dual-concentric semantic sphere, by accrediting it as a pivot for the reception of J. Baudrillard – either with recourse to his text, 'Oublier Foucault', either by confirming the postface – the Jean Baudrillard–Sylvere Lotringer interview ('Forget Foucault/Forget Baudrillard'), or by the interrogative statement 'Forget Baudrillard?', issued by Chris Rojek and Bryan S. Turner. 'Forget Foucault' will be reversibly assimilated by Sylvere Lotringer to the “best introduction to and to Baudrillard’s work”, in fact, a compelling exhortation “not to forget Baudrillard himself”.
