Summary/Abstract: Regulation (EU) no. 650/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on cross-border successions regulates, among other things, the recognition and enforcement of authentic documents and judicial transactions. The circulation of these titles between the member states of the European Union is carried out in accordance with an execution approval procedure, based on the model used, for example, in the former Regulation (EC) no. 44/2001 of the Council of December 22, 2000 „Brussels I”. The analysis of this procedure reveals two main features. This is a classic and partially uniform procedure.
