Summary/Abstract: SUMMARY: Moments from the anticommunist struggle of the Romanian clandestine Greek-Catholic clergy. The author identified in the Romanian Intelligence Service‛s archives 6 documents found in the „Criminal records fund” regarding 6 militants from the hierarchy of the Romanian ChurchUnited with Rome, Greek-Catholic who secretly fought, in the anti-communist resistance between 1949 and 1989, when the church was outlawed by the communist regime. Through fighting and multiple actions the militants requested on various levels and used means the annulement of the secret of the communist regime no. 358/ 1948 regarding the outlawing of the Romanian Church United with Rome, Greek-Catholic and its historical reinstatement and complete freedom. All the nominated persons in the presented documents had been followed by the communist security authorities, arrested and convicted to long years in jail, but they did not cease to fight, facing with dignity all the risks and consequences that they suffered.
