Employment relationships of civil servants, teleworking and homeworking

Summary/Abstract: Although the importance of the performance of service relations by public servants in telecommuting and homework regimes requires their express regulation, the normative act that was supposed to solve this requirement, respectively Law no. 283/2022 for the amendment and completion of Law no. 53/2003 – Labor Code, as well as Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, does not represent a novelty compared to the previous regulation. The paper presents both regulations, succinctly, from the point of view of the advantages but also of the problems created, but also proposes legal solutions.
