FROM THE ARCHIVAL FONDS OF THE HISTORICAL ARCHIVES IN UŽICE - MUNICIPALITIES 1839.-1918.

Summary/Abstract: The paper is about administrative group of funds - municipalities that have formed and existed during the period from 1839 to 1918. These are also the oldest archival funds which are placed and kept in the Historical Archives of Uzice. The introduction gives a short history about the origin of municipalities as the authorities with the most important changes in their internal organizational structure. Through compressed table overview, we presented archival arranged and processed municipalities funds with the most important data. Archive depot totally preserved and placed 22 archive municipality funds from 1839 to 1918, 111 books and 282 boxes, 24.40 linear meters of arranged archival materials. Special attention was given to the business development of analytical and general inventory, as well as information tools that are made for these funds. Hence the structure of these funds is generally preserved on a smaller scale or in fragments the main focus is on the analytical inventory development. Based on past experience in this paper are presented certain individual comments, conclusions, doubts, suggestions for making this type of inventory, precisely on the funds municipalities example.
