Summary/Abstract: The recent changes in the job market have posed challenges for both employees and employers. Understanding the career aspirations of Generation Z can help create a good, motivating, and supportive work environment, which is beneficial and desirable for both businesses and the development of the organization’s most valuable resource, which is human capital. Generation Z is often faced with the negative stereotype of being unambitious individuals who only live in a virtual reality. However, research conducted paints a different picture of a generation focused on certain values, creative, yet strongly separating their personal lives from their professional work. The results of the conducted research align with findings from other research centers that have explored this topic, as presented in the second part of the article.
