Summary/Abstract: In this paper we conducted a scientometric analysis of the data in order to compare the academic performance of the University of Craiova with other Romanian universities. The data used in this research refers to four universities in Romania that have a similar structure and cover a period of twelve years. First, we conducted univariate and bivariate scientometric analysis of the academic performance of the four universities together. Finally, we performed scientometric analysis for each university and compared their results.
