Legal personality of the Catholic Church and characteristics of church legal entities in the Third Republic of Poland – selected aspects

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to present the issue of the legal personality of the Catholic Church and the characteristics of church legal entities in the period of the Third Polish Republic. This work tried, inter alia, answer the question: What is legal personality? In addition, the aspect of the activity of church legal entities in the era of the Third Polish Republic was focused on. This article uses the dogmatic and legal method necessary to discuss the issue in question. The issue describing the issues of the legal personality of the Catholic Church and the activities of church legal entities after the political transformation is still relevant and important due to the relations and agreements between the state and the Church in the Third Republic of Poland.
