Summary/Abstract: This study examines the reception of the “Harry Potter” phenomenon in Bulgaria and how this popular literary world influences the younger generation and the country’s cultural environment. Through an analysis of translations and adaptations of J.K. Rowling’ s work, the study explores the ways in which “Harry Potter” becomes a part of the Bulgarian literary scene and cultural discourse.
