Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the works on property rights restricted after the World War II. In 1945 there existed two projects of the property right created before the World War II. Then they were revealed to the Legislative Department. They constituted the point of departure for the subsequent works. Despite the changing socioeconomic system in a decree from 1946, there were many institutions proposed before war.
