Summary/Abstract: The aim of his article is to present the problem of legal entities between 1945 and 1946. Poland, after the World War II, still did not have a unified civil law. The Ministry of Justice decided to unify the civil law. Intensive works on the decree of the legal law were taking place in the Legislative Department of the Ministry of Justice. The problem of legal entities was not as widely discussed as the remaining issues of the legal law. The biggest controversies were caused by the responsibility of the state legal entities.
