Summary/Abstract: Linear representation of complex content in the field of International Human Rights Law from the side of end user is time consuming, precise identification of exact content in the text requires extensive knowledge and what more advanced retrieval skills for identification of information fragments at (un)expected segments is problematic. Aimed with reduction of information uncertainty, Library and Documentation Dept of the Human Rights Centre of the University of Sarajevo initiated experimental conversion of Systematic Human Rights Report in Bosnia and Herzegovina into virtual collaborative document, released under Creative Commons license, which enables professional community with possibility to ammend and correct findings of expert group. With intention to make these document to wider public we created Android application Human Rights Observatory at www.ljudskaprava.ba based on open opration system for mobile devices.
